Main Responsibilities

Leveraging exceptional expertise in marketing, test & learn and data analytics
Work closely with commercial, product teams and clients to bring relevance to data/insights as main factor to take decisions and create content
Champion a practice of data informed decision - making, hypothesis - driven experimentation
Working with external marketing related partners with effective platforms, capabilities, expertise and innovative solutions that best support the growth of our business
Collaborate and share insights with regional and global peers
Analyze data, test hypotheses, find root causes, develop prototypes, forecast performance and extract insights from all these activities to support business decisions
Use analytic skills to assess and make recommendations that will optimize the performance of our client's brands
Support clients with their business KPI’s definitions

Key Requirements

Industrial engineers, Business Administrators, Marketing or publicity, minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, market research, marketing or analytics areas
Ability to influence, empower, coach and motivate others
Strong teamwork and client service orientation
Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
Passion for data, analytics, insights and problem solving
Experience managing FMCG brands data
Understanding of business drivers and client’s KPI’s
Capacity to take decisions based on data
Ability to build presentations with storytelling and delivering actionable insights
Proven experience presenting reports to VP and C- levels
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Desired Requirements

Experience working with product and tech teams, ideally building analytics products
Project management knowledge
Knowledge in SQL
Experience building dashboards in Data Studio or Power BI
