Genesys is looking for a strategic data driven, results-oriented and highly self-motivated, sales-focused Digital Marketing Growth Hacker Manager based in Brazil to support our growing LATAM region with flexible and growth mindset with a test, learn, innovative and iterate approach, always willing to learn, experiment and value progress.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, supporting, and monitoring the Growth Digital Marketing plan with a principal focus on Performance and Growth Hacking in Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO while also supporting the Web, Email Mktg, Review Sites, Content Syndication and Pay Per Lead digital channels in alignment with the Regional Marketing Plan. Additionally, you are expected to implement and support top/middle and bottom of the funnel acceleration tactics to ensure target accounts are being pursued in all Digital Channels and brought in to become Opportunities. (Target Accounts Strategy).
This position will report to the LATAM Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Demand Generation and will work and collaborate effectively with a remote regional team, in collaboration with its Corporate and Regional peers, Campaign Managers, and Channels and Partner Marketing to connect the Digital Marketing plan to Channel Marketing and Campaigns / Events Management initiatives, building programs that scales to ensure lead / opportunity / pipeline pace is on target working with Sub Region Sales teams to maintain a constant flow of Pipeline and Bookings Generation.
In this role, you will be able to mix your creativity and passion for data, apply your strategic thinking into actionable digital tactics, and seek the growth and evolution of the digital performance channels. You will be responsible for supporting and often leading digital strategies and tactics to surpass monthly targets and goals, evolve our audience mix, raise conversion rates, lower CPLs, improve MQLs, and increase Opportunities and Pipeline generation among other KPIs.
The Digital Manager shall be a high performer, with a sense of urgency and constantly striving to deliver results by making data driven decisions understanding and solving root causes of problems and then innovate and use creativity to experiment on new ideas and tactics, contributing productively to the quarterly business reviews and forecast of the sales team you support. Concisely present your data with insights and next steps to improve Marketing and Sales alignment.
You should have a strong understanding of sales-focused marketing tactics as well as deep understanding of enterprise and commercial IT & B2B audiences and programs / campaigns management and execution to support demand generation and shall enjoy working with sales leaders to understand the needs of their teams, focusing on scale and building added value by delivering results constantly across LATAM helping the sales teams achieve their goals, by continuously building and enhancing the Digital Marketing team partnership with Sales.
You will be effectively following up on the LATAM Digital Marketing budget across all Digital Channels, suppliers and administrative tasks that might derive from it. Data driven mindset when making decisions on tactics to be implemented. Detailed follow up on Budget, ROI and opportunity and pipeline generation from Digital Marketing activities.
This is a Performance Role: Strong focus in conversion optimization, data analysis and reaching company goals. You have solid experience in full-cycle digital ad campaign hands-on management and broad experience in conversion optimization campaigns and data analysis across all Digital Channels. Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing preferred with proven record of updated digital certifications and platforms - Finance, BI and Data Analytics, Engineering background or equivalent experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills. Native / Fluent Portuguese & Spanish speaker. English is a plus. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders within LATAM and across the Globe.
6+ years experience in digital marketing / digital agency or IT & Tech business consulting in delivering, accelerating, and expanding leads, opportunities, and pipeline for sales through related digital marketing tactics on B2B accounts. Brazil market experience is as a must and Mexico market experience will be a plus. LATAM Tech market knowledge required.
6+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media and Paid Social (Google, LinkedIn, Content Syndication, Pay Per Lead, Programmatic and Display mainly, managing accounts with USD $1M+ annual budgets. Other Digital channels and dedicated IT market experience is a plus.
4+ years of hands-on SEO Audit, Web Optimization and Strategy. You can analyse the entire Digital footprint to optimize channel´s performance, assessing web metrics, website optimization, organic traffic, UX / UI and brand positioning and digital competition. SEMrush certifications preferred.
3+ years on Email Marketing and Marketing Automation campaigns design and execution experience required. Eloqua / Marketo are a plus.
Digital Marketing and Performance Analytics skills mandatory. You are passionate about data, analytics, A/B testing, and digging for insights, and can present your findings in concise, digestible forms. Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio skills and certifications required.
Experience in content management desired. You are obsessed with creative performance: strong headlines, engaging post texts and figuring out which designs drive optimal performance. Design and creative skills are nice to have. Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
Mindful budget stewardship and follow up required. Extremely results, detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines and manage budgets. You are obsessed over maintaining an efficient investment.
Experience with Agency Management. Detailed follow up and project management required with Regional agencies.
Team player, results driven, test and learn approach has fun finding ways to make things happen and keeps themselves and the team motivated with minimum supervision in a high pressure but fun culture environment. A willingness to try new things & a desire to be creative and innovative to drive the Digital Marketing engine for the LATAM region.
