We're looking for an outstanding candidate to join the Latin America Growth team that will broaden both subscribers and users through efforts that capture, retain, convert and upsell users across the funnel. Think of this role as a mix of growth hacker/ business strategist/ marketer!
The role reports to the Miami-based Director of Growth for Latin America.
Own the performance of paid subscriber growth in Brazil, defining and driving strategies and initiatives to reach our targets.
Identify opportunities for additional paid user and revenue growth based on user behavior, competitive landscape, cultural and industry trends.
Understand key metrics and data around our business, identifying existing challenges as well as opportunities for experimentation.
Optimize subscriber growth along the whole conversion funnel – from marketing to payment, onboarding, migration and retention - while working with global internal teams and selected external partners and agencies to drive those initiatives
Lead marketing campaigns to drive subscriber and revenue growth across the Spotify Premium portfolio: you will own and execute these campaigns in our owned channels and work together with our Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing teams when it comes to earned and paid media. This process spans from brainstorming to planning, briefing, asset creation, asset trafficking throughout owned channels (email, in-app notifications, etc.), A/B testing, campaign measurement, and overall project management.
Identify and lead efforts to optimize user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Marketing, Music, Podcasts, Analytics, Product) to identify and act on cross-functional growth opportunities.
You have 10+ years of working experience within an online consumer business, ideally in a relevant industry (entertainment, tech, start-ups).
A consistent track record of leading strategic projects, getting things done in a cross-functional organization
3+ years experience in running and leading high-performing teams
Experience setting up strategy and action plans with strong measurement frameworks
Knowledge using data to drive business decisions and are comfortable using various tools to analyze, test, and implement online marketing activities (e.g. Google Analytics, email management/CRM, SQL)
Have worked on online marketing and CRM campaigns before
Comfortable working remotely from other team members, but even so, manage to stay in sync and influence internal stakeholders by being an excellent communicator
You are flexible and can adapt to a fast paced, agile team
