The Spotify Latin America Growth team is looking for an outstanding candidate who will be responsible for driving subscriber and user growth through efforts that gain, retain, converts and upsells users across the funnel!
Think of this role as a mix of growth hacker/ business strategist/ marketer!
The role reports to the Miami-based Director of Growth for Latin America.
Own the performance of paid subscriber growth in Brazil , defining and driving strategies and initiatives to reach our targets.
Find opportunities for additional paid user and monetary growth based on user behavior, competitor landscape and cultural trends
Understand metrics and data around our business, identifying existing challenges as well as opportunities for experimentation
Optimize subscriber growth along the whole conversion funnel – from marketing to payments, onboarding, migration and retention - responsible for working with global internal teams and selected external partners in order to drive those initiatives
Lead marketing campaigns to drive subscriber and revenue growth across the Spotify Premium portfolio: own and implement these campaigns in our owned channels and work together with our Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing teams when it comes to earned and paid media. This process spans from brainstorming to planning, briefing, asset creation, asset trafficking throughout owned channels (email, in-app notifications, etc.), A/B testing, campaign measurement, and overall project management.
Identify and lead efforts to optimize user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate closely with key partners (Marketing, Music, Podcasts, Analytics, Product) to identify and act on cross-functional growth opportunities.
You have 8+ years of working experience within an online consumer business, ideally in a relevant industry (entertainment, tech, start-ups)
Experience setting up strategy and action plans with strong measurement frameworks
A proven track record of leading and implementing growth projects independently and getting things done in a cross-functional organization
Familiar with using data to drive business decisions and using various tools to analyze, test, and implement online marketing activities (e.g. Google Analytics, email management/CRM, SQL)
Experience with online marketing and CRM campaigns before
Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and carrying out things yourself
Able to work remotely, while remaining in sync with key team members and being an excellent communicator
You are flexible and can adapt to a fast paced, agile team
