This very interesting position is located in São Paulo/Barra Funda, Brazil and reports to Sales Director for LATAM region. The position is a hybrid position, that means that the job can be partially performed at home and partially at our offices. The definition of hybrid for this position is in line with the approved practices and will be reviewed later. Specially during immersion, the job has a stronger presence component.
Design, analyze, outline, and execute marketing strategy for Leica Microsystems in line with Business Unit and Americas LMS guidelines where applicable;
Influence growth of the pipeline and revenue from existing and current customers in key accounts;
Research new opportunities for our company and define market intelligence and market size for key countries;
Gather and share market trends analysis and insights, generating VOC, measurement of key volume and trends in the market, and LMS market share and driven assessment;
Develop annual marketing plan and demand generation campaigns for Medical, Life Science and Industrial segments for Latam region. Promotion and lead generation through non-digital channels and digital channels;
Responsible for our Social Media activities and campaigns;
Budget proposal and administration in line with Finance organization;
Marketing communications for end customers and channel partners;
KOL - Key Opinion Leader development, content generation, educational/informative forums sales process, and customer loyalty. Integrate Market Visibility components with CRM strategies;
Work with product specialists, Channel partners, BU sales managers and BU staff to segment markets and stablish adequate tactics within each market/country;
Actively participate in the value-selling mind set for our products;
Travel and immerse in key markets with channel partners and end customers;
Co-Lead and eventually lead remote activities as seminars, demos etc., as tools for reaching customers in a more efficient way.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business with specialization in marketing;
Strong experience in Marketing for capital equipment environment ideally in anyone of the following markets, medical device, life science or industry market.
Comfortable leading a marketing budget with a focus on continuous improvement in ROI;
Experience in optimizing traditional marketing such as trade shows, educational workshops, customer training;
Languages – Advanced Portuguese, & English and ideally notions of Spanish.
