In this ecosystem, the Brazil Marketing team has the role of accelerating business and brand momentum by engaging on a broad spectrum of activities, including the definition of local strategy, the selection of titles to be promoted and the development of integrated campaigns, often in close collaboration with partner functions. Structurally, Brazil Marketing is part of the larger Latin America organization at Netflix, having our office in Mexico serving as its headquarters.

We are searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team based in Alphaville (Barueri, state of São Paulo). This position’s primary mandate is to lead promotional campaigns for our titles from planning to implementation. These campaigns combine global and local assets selected by Managers, who have the freedom to leverage all formats and media platforms available - organically combining digital and offline media, paid and earned impressions - aiming at bringing great ideas to life in the best way possible. Consequently, the output of our team looks diverse, ranging from immersive events to apps and everything in between.
Ultimately, we want to build strong bonds between people and Netflix and its content. The path selected to achieve this is to drive positive Conversations, which depends on our ability to amplify or kick start cultural relevance for them. That can only be achieved through deep knowledge of entertainment and Brazilian culture and how the two interact: areas this new hire should be an expert of. This know-how is upleveled by a number of resources available at the company, including robust data sourcing and analysis, mature test-and-learn culture and entertainment focused consumer insights structure are just some of them, all at disposal to catalyze precise decision making.
Marketing exists within a network of functions that operate in conjunction. Most of the projects led by a Marketing Manager depend on the contribution of partner teams such as Publicity, Editorial & Publishing, Creative Marketing Production, Communications among others. Similarly, Marketing Managers are expected to provide support to projects these functions choose to develop, offering whatever contribution is needed for their execution, as long as that’s in the best interest of our business.
