We’re looking for a Project manager, with deep knowledge of the Brazilian market’s business trends (not only in products and companies in our segment).
Highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Portuguese with exceptional communication skills. You also have a business level of spoken and written English. You have 4+ years of experience as a project manager, a product specialist or in product operations, preferably for consumer web or mobile products.
You’re highly tech-savvy and passionate about learning new things and developing your skills. You’re skilled in multitasking, collaborating with a cross-functional team and you’re positive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct in-depth competitor research to be on top of the latest Internet trends
Research and identify the product gaps for Brazilian users and pitch solutions to the Product team
Create compelling recommendations for feature development or changes through data backed analysis and user insights
Research for third-party applications to resolve local product gaps and manage business relationship with them
Interview users on a weekly basis to analyze improvement areas and escalate issues to our Product team with constructive proposals for improvement
Manage in a cross-team collaboration the Brazilian Business Academy
Present and create demos alongside our Channels team
