Our Product team

Creating the best delivery product in Brazil is essential to our mission to connect the country. Our Product team is building this with high impact projects, hypothesis validation, launching features and actions based on the most relevant metrics to the business and feedback from customers and stakeholders.

We have a diverse team made up of Product Managers and Analysts, Designers and UX Writers. We have a wide field of opportunities that need to be identified in order to provide the best experience for our users (companies, e-commerces, restaurants, freelance deliverers and individuals).

Plan and execute consistent and autonomous design projects within the team responsible for the strategic vision, evolution and performance of fleets. Actively identify opportunities to improve processes, flows and the experience of delivery personnel to help us connect Brazil.


Identify and propose improvements in operations related to performance and quality indicators through processes such as Journey Map, User Stories and Service Blueprint.
Facilitate collaborative methodologies such as workshops and group dynamics;
Team-up with other designers, product managers, data scientists and operators to create an integrated view of processes and users;
Propose research methods that meet the identified needs and deadlines;
Ensure that projected information is in accordance with proposed needs;
Support and guide people in our products, providing the necessary information;
Anticipate needs and create the vision for the future’s logistics experience.
Previous experience using analysis tools and research toolkits;
Deep knowledge and practical experience with usability, information architecture and its deliverables;
Experience in the discovery process with different research methodologies and hypothesis validation


Monitoring processes and investigations that assess the quality of the user experience through the application of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Ensure risk prevention in the launch of new features by understanding the context of use and objectives of the squad.
Identify opportunities of improvement for the experience with autonomy through mapping the scenario, prioritizing with the team and advances in proprietary Loggi technology.
Communicate purposeful directional and consolidate learning through presentations and evidence reports in order to simplify the understanding of the current and future usage scenario for the design and squad team.
