The Performance and Marketplace team acts to guarantee the ridesharing business growth and health in Brazil. This role calls for a combination of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong execution, and the interpersonal ability to work alongside performance-driven individuals and across the organization.
You will need to work closely with Local and Regional Operations stakeholders to optimize the health of the marketplace. The work requires a dedication to operational excellence, a deep understanding of the functionality of our product, the capacity for out-of-the-box thinking, and a customer-centric mentality.
This role is for someone who is highly adaptable and keen to pursue different issues and will demonstrate an ability to push new initiatives.
Partner with Brazil Rides & Central Ops teams on initiatives addressing critical issues and to define airport strategy; Coordinate projects with our cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools, according to the overall strategy; react quickly to crisis; gather local insights and develop initiatives/experiments as a result
Marketplace problem-solving. Understand issues in the local Marketplace (reliability, incentives, rider and driver behavior) through data analytics and tackle them for our drivers and riders
Measure and understand the performance deeply and run "real world" tests & experiments
Optimize our Mobility business performance, detect opportunities & issues, and propose improvements that will have an immediate and lasting impact
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
3+ years of confirmed work experience in startup, strategy, operations, growth, or a variety of other specialty roles
Ability to build and improve sophisticated processes to optimize our business
Problem solver and creative solutions-driven approach
High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly
Curious and eager to learn - you are interested in all things. You can quickly build up skills and knowledge to become a recognized subject matter authority amongst your peers
