The Agile Coach role requires a combination of outcome driven and people thinking with a strong ownership and servant leadership profile. It must drive the continuous improvement mindset and support the product organization, on different levels, to become everyday more effective and efficient, while keeping a sense of happiness . The Agile Coach is responsible for coming up with ways of working that help the product team to grow on a sustainable and frictionless approach. Must create awareness of the existing issues and support both the leadership and the teams to overcome the obstacles.

Responsibilities

Instill the continuous mindset and help the teams to constantly monitor their health;
Act as a change manager and support the Product Organization to drive and major change (inside or outside the teams);
Coach and assess Agile principles, on teams and upper level management, and be capable to choose the frameworks needed to ensure to success of an organization (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc);
Actively participant on different teams ceremonies (when needed) and create metrics to help the team to understand their trends;
Create training materials/program;
Use data (both quantitative and qualitative data) to define key metrics that helps to drive operational improvements in effectiveness and efficiency as well ensure feedback from teams is addressed and actionable;

Requirements

At least 5+ years of experience as Agile Coach;
Experience working as an Agile Coach with several cross-functional Agile teams with different maturity levels;
Be a master in JIRA/Confluence;
Knowledgeable about Agile scaling models (SAFe, LeSS,...) and capable to tailored to the organization;
Experience coaching teams on “outcomes over output” and the adoption of continuous product discovery and delivery
Demonstrably successful coaching and facilitation experience for both cross functional teams and senior leaders;
Experience with hyper-growth organization and navigate in an ambiguous environment while being pragmatic;
Outstanding problem solver in a collaborative way;
Strong communication skills

Added plus if you have

OKRs and goals settings for an organization;
Experience in coaching Agile principles to senior leaders;
Experience in Agile Program Management

Your First 30-Days At Feedzai
