Job description

Your tasks:

You will learn about systems thinking, complexity, and emergent practices;
You will learn how to work with Scrum and Kanban, experiencing all the events and cadences of a software development team’s cycle;
You will learn about setting, measuring, and adapting objectives and key results (OKR);
You will learn about identifying, tracking, and solving dependencies at scale;
You will learn a variety of facilitation techniques;
You will be in contact with other coaches inside our Community of Practice, having all the support you might need to succeed;
You will work in an international, multi-cultural, and cross-functional environment, communicating in English (German is not required).

Responsibilities

Instill the continuous mindset and help the teams to constantly monitor their health;
Act as a change manager and support the Product Organization to drive and major change (inside or outside the teams);
Coach and assess Agile principles, on teams and upper level management, and be capable to choose the frameworks needed to ensure to success of an organization (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc);
Actively participant on different teams ceremonies (when needed) and create metrics to help the team to understand their trends;
Create training materials/program;
Use data (both quantitative and qualitative data) to define key metrics that helps to drive operational improvements in effectiveness and efficiency as well ensure feedback from teams is addressed and actionable;

Your skills:

You studied computer science, business, psychology, or related fields and collected relevant work experiences;
You are proactive and a fast learner with good organizational and communication skills;
You are creative and you like to think out of the box;
You are keen to foster a healthy, empathetic, and safe-to-fail team environment;
You are passionate about Collaboration and Continuous Improvement;
You can communicate well in (both written and spoken) English.
