Hi there! We are By, an interactive agency focused on creating connections between brands and their customers. We are a WYgroup's agency, the largest independent Portuguese digital marketing and services group and one of the market leaders in Portugal. Through strategy, creativity, and innovation, we are able to develop any communication project, being specialized in competencies that cross several areas from Digital Marketing to Communication Design.
Strategy is our starting point of any project, therefore it is a critical part of everything we do. As a Brand & UX Strategist you will work alongside several teams (UX/UI Designers, Project Managers, etc.) and be a part of each step of a project, from research to delivery. We are looking for someone with both a creative and analytic mindset, able to gather information and data, collect insights, make strategic interpretations and put them into action. You can be working whether for a creative communication campaign, on a design thinking workshop or even defining the strategy for a brand new website or app.
