For our NBS Lisbon Intyegrated Marketing Services (IMS) department, we are currently looking for a Campaign Production Specialist. Reporting to the CRM Supervisor, this professional will be supporting the IMS Team in Campaign Factory.

A day in the life of...

Act as a Campaign Production Specialist for the Campaign Factory, ensuring a high quality service execution and delivery to Nestlé Brands/Markets.
Lead email development in HTML/CSS, including coding responsive emails for various promotional, lifecycle and transactional campaigns using the latest HTML/CSS, as well as building, maintaining and updating responsive email templates (Email Design System);
Translate creative into responsive HTML/CSS emails;
Integrate developed HTMLs in the Campaign Management System (Taxi);
Create and maintain personalized dynamic content modules in the Campaign Management Tool;
Ensure email campaigns readability and accurate rendering across all major email clients and devices;
Optimize email production ensuring delivery best practices to maximize inbox placement and responsiveness;
Maintain and improve EDS and CMS tool to facilitate scalability and use by the deployment team;
Manage the entire production process from briefing to delivery, liaising with brand stakeholders and creative teams to ensure operational feasability and quality of output;
Owns quality control and testing the productions for many email clients and devices using standard testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.

What Will Make You Successful

Advanced HTML and CSS knowledge and experience, preferably applied to email;
Experience in coding responsive HTML/CSS emails and troubleshoot for email clients specific limitations;
Experience in Javascript;
Hands-on experience with CMT and CRM tools such as Eloqua Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Eloqua;
Know of best practices for marketing operations, marketing automation, and email marketing;
Demostrated ability to maitain, create and improve an Email Design System;
Experince in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator);
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written).
