Mission
Creating a seamless experience for the user when they interact with a digital or physical product, such as a website, an app, a self-pay pump or a click&collect locker.
Conduct user research - Learning about users and their behavior, goals, motivations, and needs, collect data via various methods, such as interviews with users/stakeholders, competitive analysis, online surveys, and focus groups;
Create user personas - Identifying key user groups and creating representative personas of their behaviors and demographics;
Design user flows and wireframes - representing a user’s journey as they interact with a website or app and guaranteeing seamless integration between Galp’s different touchpoints;
Create prototypes. Generating an interactive final version of the product pre-development, which is either clickable or tangible;
Test products on real users. Gathering feedback from users based on a minimum viable product (MVP) and suggest improvements.
2 Years Experience in UX/UI field;
Empathy;
Curiosity;
Visual communication skills;
Knowledge of wireframe tools (Figma, Invision…);
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
