Data Analyst (Operations) (m/f)

As part of our product operations team, your role would be crucial in ensuring the business runs at peak performance and in an efficient manner. As we continue to expand globally; our goal is to have a team who are capable of getting the most out of our internal data and creating high level business intelligent streams. This data will be crucial in supporting high level business strategies and used to continuously monitor ongoing processes in order to better improve them.

As a dedicated Data Analyst for the Product Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting a range of initiatives for teams across the organisation. Your daily work will impact how we service our customers, how we track effectiveness of internal processes or launch new products in new markets. You will design key metrics to measure different aspect of our business, build automated reports for a range internal stakeholders and create dashboards to visualise insights for senior management. The insights generated from your datasets will be shared and used by the rest of the company as we grow globally.

Uncapped provides business advances of between £10K and £5M without credit checks, personal guarantees, warrants, equity, or compounding interest -- and makes money by charging a low flat fee that is paid back from future sales revenue.

Work closely with back-end developers to use existing infrastructure to collect data and surface insights to key stakeholders
Work with the Leadership team to define and create KPIs for tracking business metrics
Dig into our data to supply key stakeholders with data and insights to support their decision making
Ensure the performance and high quality of analysis by conducting data integrity checks and peer code reviews
Help resolve data queries through your own analysis, or by providing the infrastructure for others to resolve their issues themselves.

High proficiency in SQL
Google Cloud Platform for all of our analytics infrastructure
Dbt-like tool and BigQuery SQL for our data modelling and warehousing

Someone experienced with getting messy data into shape for analysis
You have strong SQL skills and are adept at data visualisation
Experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g. finance, gaming, food, health care).
Have previously used dbt, dataform or similar tooling.
Used to AGILE ways of working (Kanban, Scrum)
Product-minded, always thinking of how their actions will ultimately impact the customer
Takes initiative and is adaptive and flexible
