Are you ready to empower other designers? Pipedrive's design department is on the lookout for a design lead who will work closely with other design leads in coaching, inspiring and learning from our 50+ designers.
We are looking for a design lead to help raise the quality of the design processes and implement a strategic approach in our design team of 50+ designers. This person will work closely with our other design leads, UX strategists, design managers and design ops to support our product designers throughout their whole lifecycle as Pipedrive designers from onboarding to off-boarding. By contributing to the processes and the ways we work, this person’s work will significantly impact the quality of the end product.
Consult and mentor product designers across Pipedrive locations to maintain stable growth in the quality of our design work and ensure design consistency in our products
Facilitate design reviews and cultivate a safe feedback environment. Encouraging designers to seek advice outside of their teams proactively
Take part in forming our products' long term roadmap
Set up designers' success by developing and iterating our design processes
Work closely with design leads, design managers and designops in department-wide initiatives that help designers deliver the best solutions
5+ years of experience in product design and experience in mentoring other designers
A team-driven personality
Deep understanding of product design processes and methods. Including interaction design, user research, usability testing, information design and interactive prototyping
Fluency in English and great communication skills
Experience using and contributing to design systems
Passion for user-centric design
Keen attention to detail, analytical reasoning and systems thinking
Experience in designing across various platforms (web, desktop and mobile)
Experience working with larger organizations or teams is a plus
