Digital Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to use data-driven insights to fuel digital marketing growth across a wide range of B2B and B2C clients.


In this role, you will drive key insights across the organization through a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, marketing and site performance, audience attributes, and path-to-purchase by leveraging a full suite of analytics tools.
Specifically, you will:

Manage Google Analytics 360 platform across the enterprise--including events, goals, funnels, attribution, a/b testing, data studio, surveys, Google Marketing Suite integrations, admin configs, among other settings.
Serve as the company expert on Google Analytics 360 and educate teams to leverage insights.
Oversee analytics reporting across digital properties, such as marketing performance, customer journeys, audience segments, sales products, and executive dashboarding.
Partner with technology teams on analytics implementation, datalayer (enhanced ecommerce), database integrations, tag management, and emerging tools and features.
Support cross-channel testing (web/CRO, creative, performance) to drive an insights workflow.
Help stakeholders use analytics to define goals/KPIs and monitor performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor the analytics industry, recommend emerging technologies and drive beta pilots.
Knowledge in debugging data issues in analytics tools including the ability to inspect the page behavior and understand the events being triggered
Serve as the company expert on Google Analytics 360 and educate teams to leverage insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure inbound data is precisely captured in Google Analytics, such as managing media UTM parameters.
Provide insights into engaging, actionable and easy to digest presentations.

Drives GA360 adoption


Bachelor’s degree is Marketing, Analytics, or related field is highly preferred; MBA is preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Must have experience with Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio experience
Must have both strong strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution
Strong project management skills and excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skills.
Must be consumer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationships with a wide constituency, including business leaders, IT personnel and project leaders
