Digital and Communication Trainee (m/f)

About the job

We are looking for a trainee to support the Brand Communication Coordinator in the following areas:

 Brand communication campaigns follow up, implementation, and learnings.
 Follows up the status of projects running under the scope of the BMW agencies ecosystem.
 Digital funnel analysis and improvement suggestion.
 BMW websites, newsletter, apps and other marketing channels content selection, update and
optimization to meet business KPIs.
 Controlling of content scheduling on BMW Marketing channels.
 Reporting analysis against digital performance targets.
 BMW Social Media editorial plan, newsletters content plan and communication plans follow up.
 Organizes campaign assets, and other communication project assets.
 Liaises other business units communication needs.

We value:

 Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Business Management University degree or similar.
 Digital Marketing and Web training are highly valued.
 Experience in social media, website content maintenance and UX/UI, digital media buying
processes, performance marketing campaigns, copywriter, will also be valued.
 Website analytics experience will also be highly valued.
 Perfect Portuguese writing is a key requirement.
 Perfect English understanding and thinking, very good English writing required.
 Very good knowledge in MS Office.
 Proactive, positive attitude, good organization, multi-tasking, detailed oriented, good planning.
 Ability to work with high level of autonomy.
 Good communication and listening skills.
