Reporting to the Head of Digital Development, the Full-Stack Developer will play a leading role in our client's drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels. The role will be at the sharp end of delivering digital engagement channels, working with cutting-edge technologies, and following an agile methodology.
Developing world-class customer experiences through innovative web and mobile app channels
Provide expert guidance and coaching to the development team on Web, Mobile App & API development
In the case of Mobile App development, manage the interaction with Apple and Google App Stores
Champion of Agile, working with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define user stories.
Takes responsibility for the E2E software development lifecycle, working closely with solution architecture, QA, and vendor teams
Carrying out vendor code reviews and addressing quality issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, developers, and vendors, provide coaching and motivation for team members
Expert level in either .NET for Web or Java for Mobile App Development
Competent in Frontend development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, etc.
Strong focus on user experience and E2E journey design
Good understanding of Digital Experience Platforms, CMS + Commerce
Strong background in the SDLC for complex integrated products
Skilled in agile tools Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub Azure DevOps, etc.
Background in ReST API and Microservices solution development
Extensive experience in developing highly interactive Web front ends and/or Mobile Apps
Extensive experience working with MACH architecture, especially Headless CMS for Web and Mobile App
Experience working with React Native & Google Firebase frameworks
Experience with a modern DXP (Episerver/Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe, etc.)
Good knowledge of DevSecOps principles and partnering with QA teams
Good knowledge of effective logging practices & tools, Sentry.IO, ELK, etc.
Experience in Digital Healthcare solutions would be beneficial
