Main responsibilities / tasks:
Set and plan the social media strategy, according to the global communications strategy.
· Define a monthly social media content calendar, including engaging texts/images/videos for all the company’s social media accounts (Linkedin, twitter and facebook).
· Monitor, track and analyse social media performance, setting objectives and proposing improvements.
· Coordinate the service of the external social media agency, and check the implementation of the defined strategy.
· Update and optimize (SEM) the company’s website.
· Monitor, track and analyse website performance, setting objectives and proposing improvements.
· Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company and use the digital environment to create brand awareness.
· Implement e-mail marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing actions.
· Give support to the business units and be coordinated with them to share information about the business activity, products, etc.
· Manage the company’s online training platform.
· Find new digital marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image.
· Support the implementation of the global Iberia communications strategy using the digital resources and platforms.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field.
· Master in digital marketing is positively considered.
· 3-5 years’ experience community manager or digital marketing role.
· Experience in IVD/Medtech industry is positively considered.
· Experience and deep knowledge of social media management and online marketing.
· Ability to interpret website traffic using Google Analytics.
· Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
· Excellent writing and oral communication skills (Spanish and Portuguese – bilingual level).
· Advanced English level.
· Basic knowledge of Phostoshop, Indesign and Premiere is positively considered.
· Creative profile.

· Ability to define goals and KPIs.
· Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
