Job Purpose

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for the CE (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region who:

Develops, implements, tracks and optimizes social media campaigns
Runs communication for events and webinars through Marketing Automation tools

Key Accountabilities

Development, implementation, tracking and optimization of social media campaigns in the CE region
Manage paid activities on social media working directly with social networks and agencies including set up, management and reporting
Measure and report performance of social marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Development, implementation and controlling of audio marketing activities (specially podcasting)

Desired Experience & Knowledge

Good understanding of digital marketing and online media including user behaviors and trends
Experience using social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google+) and understanding of their role in B2B marketing
Genuine interest in digital marketing with efforts to keep up-to-date on industry
Good understanding of Fujitsu’s global portfolio
Experience running paid social campaigns is desirable
Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot)
Experience with social listening tools

Core Competencies

German native and English fluency are mandatory
Team player and comfortable working in remote teams
Excellent attention to detail
Good technical competence with willingness to learn new tools
Open to working across different cultures and addressing different agendas
Positive & proactive style
