About the job

What you will do

Develop and implement Marketing Plans
Propose a direct online and offline acquisition strategy according to the objectives and the teams of the department (website, CRM, and others channels);
Define, implement, monitor, and manage digital presence in multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Email/CRM, SEO, social network, etc.)
Support the brand strategy for Portugal and other countries;
Measure and analyze the results of the defined strategy and impact on segment development and profitability;
Manage those online and offline campaigns on the different channels, and the results of the campaigns and actions carried out by channel.
Produce high-quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform.
Analyze social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations.
Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results.
Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance.
Drive effective and creative social media campaigns
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, which is innovative with the ability to think outside the box
Implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business targets
Establish a robust and long-term web presence and drive organic traffic to the website
Define, configure and monitor web analytics implementations on clients
Research industry trends, threats, and opportunities where clients can improve their businesses processes to maximize digital returns

Who are you?

Degree/Master in Management or Marketing or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the digital acquisition market, e-commerce, or advertising agencies;
Scientific mindset and critical thinking;
Master in different online acquisition strategies, e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Email/CRM, SEO, social network;
Remarkably skilled in reporting and analytical tools, e.g., Google AdWords, Google Analytics;
Fluent in English (mandatory) with strong written communication skills;
Experience with international scope valued;
Excellent social and commercial skills;
An agile approach to work;
A strong spirit of initiative;
Listening ability and adaptability;
Available and open to a fast-growing company;
Sense of commitment and autonomy;
You have a proven track record of designing and executing marketing campaigns that generate high growth;
You have a proven track record of product marketing and sales enablement,
You have an exceptional understanding of conversion strategies.
You can think of copywriting for creative content;
You can work autonomously and manage multiple priorities;
Independent self-starter with strong interpersonal skills;
Fast learner and eager to solve complex problems;
Ability to time-manage and handle multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines;
Ability to present ideas effectively and lead a creative feedback process;
Results-driven with attention to detail.
