We operate our own fulfillment stores focused on express home delivery for our customers. The pickers collect requested products in each order, packs them up and send on their way with our own couriers to the customer's door.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the management of digital activities across social, search and display platforms. The expert will plan and execute the paid digital media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Define and lead strategies and executions, to set, implement, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights to improve existing campaigns. This will include SEO, SEA, display and video advertising (local and national).
And also monitor daily and monthly analytics KPI reporting for advertising and social channels, website, ratings/reviews, and email using: Google Analytics, AdWords/AdCenter, Webmaster Tools, Facebook Manager, Moz, Mailchimp, Google Trends and others.
Creating, strategize, execute, monitor and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook AdWords (Search, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter
Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
Ad copywriting, testing and campaign optimization
Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
Map ad formats to advertising objectives
Collaborating with the content team & providing data insights
Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior
Plan and Optimize landing page testing
Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance
Build Budget Recommendations & Pitch Decks
Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices
Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and have possess an added value
Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy
BS/BA in Marketing or any related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance of social networks, search marketing, online advertising or web analytics required.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC Advertising, Social Media Advertising, Website Navigation and Usability, Testing and Optimization, Analytics Tools and Methodologies (Google Analytics), Email Marketing and Mobile Technology
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
