The Digital Marketing Specialist role is pivotal to develop the digital media execution aligned with business goals to accelerate growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll have the ownership for the planning, building, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. The Digital Marketing Specialist role scope includes the management of paid media (Content Syndication and Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads) and LinkedIn Lead Generation tool. The Digital Marketing Specialist manages agency relationship for digital campaigns execution to maximize ROI. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the company’s social media and advertising marketing professionals and other team members, such as Campaign Project Managers.
Monitor the performance and optimize Marketing campaigns over time
Use data analytics to develop accurate insights and make data-driven marketing decisions
Manage end-to-end Paid Media activities, including planning, execution, and budgets, and provide recommendations from trends and insights to advance business goals, like generating brand awareness, increasing conversions and boost lead generation
Devise and implement search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to create and effectively manage campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide an assessment against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Stay abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies when developing campaigns, and update current campaigns
Work along with the plans and aspirations with the wider Marketing eco-system
Liaise with digital agency to optimize spend and performance, based on the insights and trends
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and provide thought leadership
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
3-5 years of related job experience
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
A good understanding of current digital marketing trends
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM - Mandatory
Expertise and irrefutable know-how about paid media (Content Syndication and Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads) - Mandatory
Knowledge of LinkedIn Lead Generation tool - Mandatory
Experience within B2B marketing in global environment
Holds a strong interest in customer experience
Must be proficient in collaborating with multiple teams
Be a driver for continuously looking for new and innovative ways to improve Digital Marketing
