Position Summary
The main responsibilities of the Global Social Intelligence Development Lead are to be the advocate of social media intelligence services among key stakeholders, continuously innovate (in terms of services, activities, processes, skills, capabilities and tools), evolve social media intelligence service line adopting and sharing best practices, pilot new services, and support the delivery of social intelligence solutions with the help of the Operations Lead.

Business & strategy:
Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Develop pre-sales materials including business cases and best practices
Engage key stakeholders and run pre-sales meetings
Monitor service adoption and satisfaction
Social & research:
Advocate and represent social media intelligence globally at Nestlé
Understand business needs and identify research methodologies matching business needs
Social media service improvement & innovation:
Develop scope of social media service capabilities (e.g. listen, engage, predict)
Identify service gaps and improvements based on internal business needs and feedbacks
Define social media intelligence evolution roadmap
Identify innovation opportunities and synergies between vendors/tools and Nestlé to build new services
Implement ongoing improvements, scout and formalize new opportunities for social intelligence
7-10 years experience in an agency or similar, providing social intelligence reports to customers
Business & strategic knowledge:
Ability to quickly understand business needs, expectations and opportunities
Good communication and relationship skills
Good selling approach and capabilities
Project management
Ability to deal with frequent changes or unexpected events
Extended understanding of building brands based on strategic planning, and the role of research and insights in those processes
Social, research & insights expertise:
Practical & technical knowledge of social media intelligence topics and use cases within FMCGs companies (e.g. social media listening, social trends, social voice of a consumer, insights building, etc...)
Ability to monitor and curate technology trends within social media intelligence, insights and data science industries
Experience with social intelligence tools; understanding vendors and services offered
Innovation seeking:
Ability to continuously identify improvement opportunities demonstrating accuracy and looking for ways to improve and promote quality
Intrapreneur experience to innovate and create new services in a multi-cultural, multi-market world
Startup or innovation background in consumer product, insights or marketing environments
