Our offices are located in Lisbon, but you will be able to work from where you feel more comfortable and productive. Sometimes that happens at the office, sometimes it doesn’t.
Plot Marketing Agency is hiring for the strategy team. We are looking for a curious, dynamic and focused person to help us develop pitches and projects for our clients.
Observation and research - Being able to manage and interpret different sources of information, focusing on trend and benchmark analysis, consumer behaviour and business goals.
Analytic skills - Being able to simplify large data sets, turning them into actionable ideas, from the setup of dashboards and personalized reports adjusted to each customer needs. Knowledge and ease with management and data analysis tools.
Strategic vision - Being able to evaluate digital ecosystems, using tools for A/B testing, social listening, social management, email marketing, google ads, facebook business manager and ads.
Technical knowledge - Being able to perform SEO analysis and monitoring, as well as keyword research, using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog or Semrush. Media planning, targeting, business goals and performance campaigns knowledge.
Team spirit - We are stronger together, and our teams work side by side on a daily basis (even if we aren’t in the same room). Sharing experiences or good stories and being able to help different teams make better informed decisions is a must.
Curious and focused - Wanting to explore new challenges that sometimes demand deep dives in different business areas that you know nothing about.
Creativity and function - We like new ideas and testing them. So, a big part of our job is to connect data with creativity.
