You will be joining TUI Future Markets, which aims to build its platform serving countries including Spain, Portugal, Italy, Brazil and many other markets in future.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Conceptual development and operational management of all multi-market display marketing activities of TUI GDN.
Setup and operation of DSP integration and other implementations of further display networks.
Operational responsibility for the marketing budget of this channel and the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly allocation and reporting.
Further development of all display marketing activities (on Social Media platforms, in www, remarketing, special voucher&discount campaigns, reach&brand awareness).
Analyses of user insights, definition of segments, look-alikes and other relevant target group descripions.
Set-up of multivariate tests for our advertisments and landingpages in cooperation with designers, frontend and data science departments.
KPI management and operational MPI responsibility including reporting, dashboarding, preparing special analyses requests as well as reviews and forecastings.
Alignment and cooperation with other marketing activities (CRM, metasearchers, our website) to ensure e-2-e campaigning.
Participation in / acquisition of projects in the TUI Future Markets sector.


At least 3 years of professional experience in a digital environment / digital business with focus on digital performance marketing.
Deep understanding of digital marketing functionalities and KPI interdependencies.
Well experienced in performance channels, especially display marketing, Realtime Bidding, remarketing.
Well experienced in implementing tracking parameter and handling tracking issues.
Well experienced handling in setup and further development of KPI dashboards, reporting and analyses.
Enjoying working in an intercultural team across multiple locations.
Strong teamwork skills and familiar with a digital and agile working environment.
Strong goal orientation and focusing.
Enjoying independent tasks and the chance to further develop exciting challenges in a growing business part of supercool travel industry.
Fluent in spoken and written English, others like Portuguese, Spanish or German are welcome but not mandatory.
