Coordination of the Document Manager team.
Operationally manage and coordinate Document Management Services
Definition, design and implementation of Document Management solutions
Project coordination and management of (internal / external) Document Management development teams (templates, flows, services) with other teams.
Review Document Management solutions developed internally or by partners;
Monitoring the adoption of methodologies and good practices, and promoting improvements.
Knowledge and experience with APIs (REST)
Experience with OCR Solutions
Experience with Storage Solutions (AWS S3, Azure)
Experience with IBM Content Management
Experience with eSign (valued)
Experience in software development (minimum 6 years).
Experience in the use of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience in continuous integration / continuous delivery processes.
Experience in team coordination and project management.
Ability to analyze, with a critical and constructive spirit;
Guidance for quality and on-time deliveries;
Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity;
Team spirit and good interpersonal communication;
Good knowledge of English;
Knowledge of Spanish (valued);
