We're currently looking for a Head of Product for our Motors Vertical, at OLX Group! As part of the product team, you will be responsible for looking at the Motors product landscape and ensuring a comprehensive look and feel of its core experience. You'll be in charge of a tribe focused on a catalogue will span from a highly monetising vertical to those that need love and care with a high level of user love.
We’re looking for a product execution and mentor - someone who can take our vision for a more sustainable and collaborative world and translate it into a visually stunning and user captivating product, with mobile always at the forefront of everything. As our product starts to take shape into its next iterations, you’ll be in charge of taking the next steps while adapting to our users' focus and interests.
Set the long term product vision and strategy for some of the primary components of the motors category
You collaborate with stakeholders within and outside your team, in order to drive the development, alignment, and execution of the product roadmap & vision
You ensure the right balance between pragmatism, quality and user & commercial value when assigning clear KPIs to the roadmap
You lead your product team by example. You are not hesitant to help and work hands-on in day-to-day operations in order to achieve the goals set
You mentor & develop Product Managers within your team by identifying potential, setting achievable goals and providing constructive feedback
You are an experienced product leader: You have 7+ years experience in product management for software products and 2+ years experience in leading and developing product managers in an agile setting
You have deep knowledge in back-office products & processes, ideally in eCommerce and covering orders, fulfilment and payment
You have a solid technical understanding which allows you to act as a sparring partner for our engineering teams and helps you to navigate in a complex, microservice based platform
You are a strong strategic thinker with outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
You are a natural team player with excellent collaboration, communication and organisation skills. Able to adjust communication style across organisations and functions, from the international stakeholders, engineers to executive management
You have experienced working in a global matrix organisation with remote teams and stakeholders
