Find and onboard new influencers and manage the influencer relationships and content for your assigned markets, products or platforms.
Utilize current trends on Instagram/YouTube/Tiktok, etc. to craft engaging, entertaining content that will drive action from customers and generate sales.
Quantitatively analyze content and influencer performance to determine the right influencers, content and strategy for our campaigns in each market.
Be responsible for growing influencer revenue month-on-month.
Liaise with country and global marketing teams to ensure our influencer marketing strategy is closely aligned with our business goals.
Collect and share learnings, content and best practices across the wider Emma influencer marketing operation.
You will be part of our Global Marketing team or of one of our Country Marketing Teams and be responsible for both the strategic and operational management of our digital marketing channels
You have direct revenue responsibility as you are responsible for the performance of some of our most important marketing channels (e.g. our website, social media, influencer or e-mail marketing)
You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets and players, thus help us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency
You will perform A/B tests, create ad-hoc analyses and reports trough which you identify growth potentials, optimizations and risks
Based on your findings, you will define actions and implement them
You will work on further development and implementation of marketing automation measures
You will develop and create new strategies, processes and campaigns that help the markets grow
You rely on internal and external (agencies,...) expert knowledge and develop into an expert in your field
A college-level graduate in any relevant course with strong achievements who has some professional marketing experience, ideally in the influencer or social media space.
Has a good balance between creativity in terms of being able to generate new marketing ideas, as well as analytical skills and business judgement.
Is proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel.
Has a strong sense of ownership, independence, and initiative, while being able to collaborate with several other teams.
Is very communicative, open, and enjoys working in a team that is pushing towards ambitious goals.
