Bring the organization together
Organize internal events and bring external experts onboard to challenge the organization with new ideas
Identify opportunities for collaboration and shared learnings between BUs
Enable the use of innovation tools and methodologies by teams at Brisa
Support teams and help them to look for new opportunities to create business value with innovation
Work closely with Business Units and support teams to bridge the ecosystem with operations and promote dialogue
Help to overcome obstacles and blockers and ensurefocus and systematic procedures from project teams
Conduct market research to analyze market trends, opportunities and competitive landscape to identify key players/partners
Expertise with innovation methodologies and tools
Able to challenge Business Units and C-level stakeholders on their innovation strategy
Junior to mid-level seniority with between 3-5 years of experience in similar role
Experience in building proposals tailored to their objectives that focus entirely on the deliverables that we can offer
Curious about new trends, technologies, emerging markets, and business models
Experience in creativity methods, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, workshop facilitation and business model development
Strong experience in market research and agile methodologies with a strong focus on customer centricity
