EXADS is a young international startup specialising in the ad tech industry. As a company, we actively develop and improve our own proprietary ad-serving technology platform and multiple corporate websites and internal tools that help manage everything within such a fast-moving and demanding industry.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing software and enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding environment.
Develop modular, testable and scalable software components for internal tools and corporate websites of all EXOGROUP companies;
Contribute to team process improvements, adhering to industry best practices and principles;
Be the technical lead and mentor for a team of developers and guarantee the delivery of quality software;
Delegate workload to team members in accordance with roadmaps and priorities;
Provide team members with the necessary tools and background knowledge to perform the role to a high standard;
Provide feedback to management on both a regular and adhoc basis;
Participate in hiring process;
Onboard and mentor new team members.
4+ years object-oriented PHP development experience (preferably PHP 7+);
Experience with at least one PHP Framework such as Symfony2, Laravel or Lumen;
Experience with developing websites using Wordpress CMS;
Capable of building client-side applications with HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 (SaSS and Less);
Solid foundation in SQL databases and design, specifically MySQL;
Knowledge of Git / Github and related workflows in a distributed team environment;
Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills (English);
Professional experience leading an engineering team;
Exposure to Agile methodologies (Kanban / Scrum) and related management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack);
Demonstrate an ability to lead by example.
Basic knowledge of Bootstrap and Tailwind;
Basic knowledge of Bash scripting;
Basic knowledge of ReactJS / NextJS / Directus headless CMS.
