We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager, to progress major marketing initiatives, make things happen and be the go-to person in the region for coordinating improvements and projects across the NWE region. Your role will involve:
Engaging with Fujitsu country marketing managers, Global Marketing, Japan, and the Portfolio team on exciting initiatives and projects that improve the marketing performance, implement new technologies and develop the new Fujitsu Uvance brand. Your role will be to bring project management skills and disciplines to the marketing team to complement their Marketing expertise and ensure progress is incremental, prioritized, coordinated, and effective.
Taking on a challenge, owning what you and the team do and engaging stakeholders to plant the seeds for our continued improvement of Marketing tools, Marketing performance and our Marketing talent.
Knowledge of and experience in the use of Microsoft 365 technology will enable you to collaborate internationally with team members and stakeholders.
Being adaptable to accommodate both different types/scale of project as well as our team and stakeholders who represent a wide array of cultures, languages, project capability and ways of working is key to your success. Also being able to coach and support them in an agile mindset, use of Kanban (Planner & other tools) is an added benefit in embedding good practice and consistency.
Traditional and/or agile Project Management and operational skills and experience is essential
Project Support knowledge and practice will be required
Stakeholder communications and relationship management will enable success
Methods and tools – in particular the use of Teams, ESP, Kanban, Salesforce and ideally Marketo/Pardot
Naturally calm and professional as well as tenacious
Ability to act as a member of the NWE Marketing leadership team
Excellent command of English
Takes key priority areas for the function and ensures execution
Ensures smooth and efficient operation by coordinating marketers across the region and GMU
Defines standards for document management and project control
Must be effective creator of slide materials in PowerPoint
Defines the project requirements & ensures the projects goals & responsibilities are clearly defined or manages the agreement process of the project requirements and objectives with the key stakeholders
Manages the production of the required products and the delivery of the project actions in partnership with the marketing team to ensure acceptance, closedown, and handover to normal operation
Operates within defined working practices, ensuring compliance with local project management policy, procedure and methodology. This will normally mean applying agile principles & using Kanban methods & tools
Gathers status updates from team members across their projects and addresses issues as appropriate
Establish project reporting usually by use of Kanban charts
