We are looking for a highly motivated individual with passion for technology, processes and numbers which would like to join and strengthen our international team. The person will be responsible for specific Alliance Partner Program Fund handling. This will involve close cooperation and consulting with different stakeholders within Marketing and Sales in EMEIA, allocation coordination, claiming and reporting of the respective refund program.
Budget Management and handling of specific Fund Programs;
Consulting and support of relevant business units for all refund handling aspects within mainly EMEIA;
Frequent interaction with Strategic Partners for smooth refund handling;
Responsible for regular status reporting and transparency of the program;
Identify optimization potential of joint offerings and establish a best practice sharing across regions;
Ensuring Funding Program compliance;
Full usage of available budgets for activities with highest business impact
First time closure rates of claims
Activities claimed in time and without running in audits
Resources are utilized effectively and efficiently
Good ICT market know-how
Very good communication, organizational and orchestration skills
Strategic and analytical thinking
Experience to work in virtual teams
Working experience in marketing and/or sales experience in the IT industry, preferable
Fluent English
Finance background is a plus
University degree or equivalent education
