We are on the search of a Media Planner with strong knowledge on offline advertising campaigns. You would be responsible for planning, negotiating and executing media plans for an international client, Stellantis (automotive sector). The ideal candidate must be able to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.
Collect and analyze market data
Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
Determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns
Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans and more
Allocate budgets and monitor costs
Follow media trends of online and offline outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs)
Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
Around 2 years of experience in Media Planning in agency context (mandatory);
Have offline media planning knowledge, experience and heave users of media planning’ tools (mandatory)
Good knowledge of excel
Knowledge in the different phases of planning: research, strategy, tactic, negotiation, buying, following-up, optimization and invoicing
Knowledge in statistics and database will be valued
Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients and media owners
Good Portuguese and English Level (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Advertising Marketing will be valued
