We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to focus on the creation, optimization, and analysis of multiple digital marketing efforts across different channels, such as Paid Search, Shopping, Display, Paid Social, Email & more. This role it’s a full approach position, from strategic planning to the implementation of several strategies to increase the exposition of the brand and its sales.
Being part of the definition of the marketing strategy, including which channels to activate, budget allocation, set up, optimization, tracking and reporting;
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC;
Have an eye on the performance of advertising across diverse search engines, websites and platforms;
Being a driver of innovation within the team, suggesting and testing new channels or ideas that might prove to be efficient;
Reviewing and suggesting changes that might impact conversion rates, such as the website flow, testing opportunities, product ideas, etc;
Reviewing competitors advertising and benchmark on an ongoing basis.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, having used diverse channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Experience in Microsoft Ads, Tiktok Ads, Pinterest Ads or any email marketing tool is a plus;
Proficiency in reporting and tagging solutions such as Google Analytics or GTM;
Proficient in deriving insights from data;
Native-level spoken and written English;
Experience working with an Ecommerce brand is a plus;
A/B testing and goal-oriented mindset;
Able to effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
Attention to detail;
Have a positive attitude & good heart.
Having managed a budget of 5+ digits monthly;
A team player, that likes to be surrounded by a team and exchange knowledge at all times;
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original marketing opportunities;
