We’re looking for a seasoned Product Design Director to build, coach, and mentor a fast growing and highly skilled group of Product Designers. Someone with exceptional design, communication and people management skills, who will ensure our products and features delight and solve our users and customers problems in the right way.
The Product Design Director will work together with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other disciplines to define the strategy, processes, and communications that guide their team to build great products that address real user needs.

Build and manage a talented, diverse, inclusive team of product designers and leaders across the UK and Portugal, who consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across a range of design skill sets.
Be the design visionary for Reachdesk products and deliver game-changing value to customers every single day.
Help shape the product roadmap, both short term and long-term, with design and ux insights.
Oversee multiple projects and scale design resources accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met, your org is effective, and team members are set up for success by setting clear and measurable goals.
Lead and oversee the user experience of our products, from conception to launch, in partnership with product managers, engineers and data scientists.
Set and deliver on the Product Design vision and strategy, in collaboration with the leadership team.
Proactively solicit and provide feedback from Product Designer and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship.
Cultivate a healthy design process for the team, and be a key contributor to your organization's product strategy.
Effectively communicate your team's product goals (both within the team and outside the team), and connect related projects across the company so that problems or joint decisions can be resolved quickly.
Identify new opportunities, challenging and refine existing processes.
You have 2+ years experience managing product design managers.
You have 6+ years experience managing product designers.
You have 10+ years experience working as a product designer in cross-functional. teams with Product and Engineering.
You have experience methodically developing designers’ skills and careers.
You excel at motivating and inspiring people to do their best work.
You have experience recruiting and building product design teams.
You are relentlessly customer-focused, without disregarding how your business creates value.
You excel at both written and spoken communication.
You can find a meaningful balance between optimizing for speed, quality, and doing risky, but interesting work.
You are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a laser focus on the impact of your work to the business as a whole.
You are passionate about what you do and want to have fun doing it.
Experience working for B2B products (Enterprise software experience is a plus!).
Experience with delivering 0-1 products from concept to launch.
Experience working on large scale, complex, ambiguous projects across multiple teams.
