The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant people within the company, clients, or project team members.
Setting up project timeline in the clear graphic way utilising ClickUp software
Monitor project deliverables and adjust real time
Weekly update to relevant team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Ability to find solutions to arising problems
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Good track record of successfully completed projects
Great organisational skills
Love for mushrooms and nature
Driving Licence
Lisbon based
