We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team!
Facilitate daily standups;
Interaction/spring planning meeting;
Meet individually with team members and stakeholders;
Analysis and reporting.
Helps the team and the organization to apply agile methodologies in order to provide added value to the customer;
Guides the team to become self-organizing and work in a multidisciplinary way.
At least 2/4 years of experience in Scrum roles
Guide and motivate the Agile team;
Organize and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies;
Coach the team applying Agile principles and practices, help the team as a servant leader to grow and getting better-lead by example;
Facilitate collaboration within the team and outside roles;
Ensure that Scrum and other relevant methods are understood;
Guide the team to develop metrics and estimates, and periodically evaluate the process to become better in making predictions and reduce possible risks;
Good english (written and spoken).
Important: You need to have work residence permit/ Tech Visa and live in Portugal.
