Position Description
CGI is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team.
Improve our marketing personas and customer journeys – 1st year on Centric
Redesign our App Center and the marketing funnel
Carry the internal campaign making sure client-facing teams know how to promote Centric to their clients
Product campaigns that promote new services and features to our users, such as the launch of our digital assistant
Experience:
+3 years of experience with project management/campaign management and stakeholder engagement
Experience with marketing automation is a plus (we work with Marketo)
Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Power Point
Marketing Automation tools is a plus
Able to quickly pick up the technical side of marketing automation (basic level)
Able to create creative briefings for our suppliers (copywriter, designer, video team)
Collaborative/sharing mind-set – you will work in a team with many stakeholders
Communicative – you will need to align those people, let them know where you are
