Role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will gather and evaluate user requirements, illustrate design ideas, design graphic user interface elements, and other related activities
Remote work with the possibility of working in Portugal
5+ years of experience working with UX and UI
Experience working in Sketch, Figma or other UI software
Experience defining and maintaining standards of user experience and interfaces, services characteristics, and the client’s concepts.
Experience with functional prototypes for testing and validation with users and stakeholders
Experience with user research
Experience working in Agile teams
Experience working in corporate development teams
Experience in the banking or financial sector
Experience designing solutions and interfaces to be implemented on Outsystems
Able to lead Design Teams and interacting with developers on technical features
Fluent or Professional English is preferred but not necessary
