The learning platform offers pre-recorded K12 videos, gamified content and AI powered personalized study paths, covering the entire official academic curriculum and national exams prep.
Our founding team includes ex Uber, Netflix, Morgan Stanley, Crehana, Byjus, Santillana, ThePowerMBA, Cisco, IE Business School.
Since starting the company in Q4 2020, we have:

SEO Lead
We are looking to meet our new SEO Lead, to join our team and contribute to our mission of democratizing K12 Education in Latam.
As the SEO Lead for Luca, you will be working as a core member of Luca´s marketing team and interacting directly with the other departments.
You will...be responsible for driving our SEO effort’s overall strategy and execution including on-site technical reviews, project management and applying your subject matter expertise to product and content development. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, hands on and aligned with our mission.
You know what empathy is and like autonomy. You are also a self motivated and energetic SEO Lead who believes that this planet would be much better through better education.
You love a fast-paced environment, but you also know that “fast-paced” can be incredibly fun, zen and supportive... ah, and you are not arrogant and treat people the same way you would like to be treated.
You should be goal-oriented and keen to implement processes, automations and work with no-code tools. You can work without any supervision or mentorship, but you don't mind asking if needed (after you tried, or asked father Google).
Own, build, and manage the SEO roadmap while leading SEO strategy to hit annual visitor growth goals; You will collaborate closely with internal teams (content, product, engineering, etc) to drive end-to-end execution and continuous improvement
Plan, develop and oversee implementation of on/off-site SEO strategies and related activities to improve organic search visibility and revenue
Building and prioritizing technical and content SEO roadmaps in collaboration with Growth and Brand.
Collaborating with Engineer, Paid, Brand, International, and PR leads to ensure Luca is broadly optimized for SEO
Growing Luca’s organic sign up volume through content and technical improvements
Developing and executing near, mid, and long-tail content strategies and building out capacity to scale content production
Building a world class SEO team
Combine technical SEO skills and data-driven strategy development to create more advanced metrics, measures, and data practices (gathering, reporting, communicating)
Develop and implement execution plans for content strategy
4+ years of experience with both technical and content SEO
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
Experience leading a world class SEO team and managing key cross-functional stakeholders
Strategic, innovative and analytical thinker that can produce a distinctive SEO strategy
Expert understanding of technical SEO including optimization and implementation of robots.txt files, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, hreflang tags, page schema, title tags, etc.
Intermediary knowledge of HTML, CSS
Fast learner with excellent problem-solving ability
Fluent both in english and spanish
