We are looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Strategist to guide data and analytics in our department and help to set goals and measure results for our marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable analytics strategy for our company.
This position involves a variety of tasks, including planning digital marketing campaigns, performing market research, and monitoring and analyzing key metrics identifying opportunities to increase performance.

Set specific measurable marketing goals, collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data;
Test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance;
Develop digital campaigns and traffic measurement strategies;
Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports;
Forecast market trends and research market to identify new opportunities;
Address advertising needs and generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and products;
Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels;
Establish a strong, long-term digital presence in general and web presence in particular;
Supporting the Sales Department by planning and executing marketing programs to drive awareness among target audiences, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline;
Supporting the HR Department to attract the best talent and communicate properly our culture and employer value proposition.
2+ years experience in marketing and analytics, ideally in a B2B SaaS technology environment;
Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio;
Strong analytical skills and proven experience with analytics tools, data analysis, and SEO strategies;
Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Ability to make data-driven decisions;
Knowledge of CRM Software and Content Management Systems, and understanding of web design;
Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns, and web technologies, including social media advertising;
Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to convert complex concepts into clear and engaging messages that drive demand and support sales;
Personal drive to work with teams and partnering skills for collaboration with peer groups;
Resourceful, creative, and dedicated to achieving operational and creative excellency;
Great project management skills and the ability to work on and manage multiple complex projects at once;
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Portuguese and English.
Experience in the payments industry;
Command in languages like Spanish, French, and German;
Familiarity with media buying strategies and experience managing press and partner relationships.
