We build crucial parts of the Cardano ecosystem in the cryptocurrency world: web & mobile wallets, blockchain explorer, and even integration with hardware wallets like Trezor and Ledger.


We are looking for a Service Design Lead to head up our new Service Design offering. For this position you can work from anywhere but as a signing bonus we are offering a relocation package to Prague, Czech . You’ll be a part of the Product team, leading service design across many fintech and software projects. You’ll be the key driver in guiding the design of products and services—either those we develop ourselves or our clients’. You’ll also help grow the service design function across the organization, nurturing talent and working with sales teams to help close deals.

Deliver guidance for team and client through exploring "What has to be built and How it should be conceptualized".
Participate in the whole process from pitch through delivery.
Decision-maker on the best research that will help everyone understand the problem and actual user needs; and pragmatically choose the best methodology.
Work with clients and internal teams to evolve the product strategy and translate it into a product vision. You will set the big picture and support the teams in turning the idea into the product.
Leader for the insight, no matter how small, that matters for an excellent user experience.
Ensure that research and insights are inspiring and translatable by the teams into innovative products and improved features.
You will be responsible for growing and managing the team and supporting and advising (other teams) design, product, and engineering teams.
You will look after training and development in user research, design thinking, lean UX, and other creative processes.


At least seven years experience in digital product creation, half of which has been in a position that entails service design, innovation process, and research.
Experience in managing researchers, service designers, and other creatives.
Ability to use your previous experience with the help of shipping multiple products to the market.
Experience in working in a client services business.
Knowledge about service design and research methodology and the wisdom / common sense to use it well.
Have a deep interest for human psychology, behavioral sciences, and design.

We are offering the compensation from 4 000 up to 6 000 € / monthly depending on your expertise & experience
