We are currently looking for a Studio Lead to manage our projects and relationships with clients.

A good Studio Lead is key for a great relationship with our customers, ensuring that we are partnering with them to deliver the most business value, and at the same time keeping the project schedule and financials on track. A great Studio Lead also finds opportunities to increase the value provided, accelerating the customer business digital transformation. Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, revenue, and margin.
Manage teams' capacity, motivation and efficiency.
Support the management and sales to win new business and set the business strategies and plans.
Ensure strategy alignment with Company objectives.
Lead by example, train and motivate the Team.
Encourage employee engagement.
Make high-quality investing decisions, supported by the Managing Director.
Enforce adherence to in-house policies & procedures
Review financial and non-financial reports
Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution
Build trusting relations with Key partners and stakeholders
Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions
Ensure that the Team is up-to-date with markets and industry trends
Develop, plan and implement business strategies
Support team managing clients and products, enforcing high-quality and excellent client service
Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes.
Proficient skills on report elaboration, presentation and analysis (sales projections, budgets...)
Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
Strong and continuously updated knowledge of the market in which their clients operate

Note: Even though we have a remote working policy implemented, the candidate should be based in Portugal and/or have a valid working visa.
