UX/UI Designer (m/f)

Founded in 2012, Performance Sales is a digital agency dedicated to Strategic Consulting, Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence focused on Media and Data Analytics. We have extensive experience in consulting and managing large-scale national and international campaigns in over 45 countries and several languages. Performance Sales is part of WYgroup, the largest independent Portuguese digital marketing and services group and one of the market leaders in Portugal.

UX/UI and Digital Business Experience - You have proven successful professional experience as a UX/UI designer in user-oriented, digital company environments
Tool and Method Application - You are familiar with UX and design software (including Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) as well as interaction design and information architecture
User Research Knowledge and Best Practices - ideally you have a solid understanding of user-centred design (UCD), planning and designing user research, user testing, A/B tests and rapid prototyping and use pragmatic, iterative approaches to design development
Creative Mind and Work Ethic - you are full of ideas which you implement in a targeted and cogent manner in designs, and are primarily results-driven and an absolute team player

5+ years experience in UX/UI

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
